Andrey and I first started working together at 13DIGITAL PRO, and later I continued bringing him into other projects as an independent designer. Over the years, he became someone I could trust with the design of an entire project.
One of Andrey’s strongest qualities is his independence. He does not need every step explained or constant supervision. Give him the context, the business goals, and the main constraints, and he will take it from there. He dives into the product, asks the right questions, identifies weak points, and pushes the work toward a strong result.
Over the years, I have seen Andrey grow from a very strong UI designer into a designer who looks at the product much more broadly. He thinks not only about how something should look, but also about the user, the business goals, the product logic, and whether the solution will actually work in practice.
UI is still one of his strongest areas. He has an excellent visual sense and a very high level of attention to detail. Andrey notices things that others often miss and knows how to push interfaces to a genuinely high level of quality.
I also appreciate that he does not limit himself to UI/UX. Depending on the project, he can contribute to branding, motion, design systems, and more technical aspects of the product. In recent years, he has also actively used AI and automation to validate ideas faster, reduce repetitive work, and improve the way he works overall.
